Teacher – Hospitality Services
Main duties and responsibilities:

Mentor students to develop their capabilities in hospitality services.

Inspire students to have confidence and advise them on their career path.
-
Design effective instructional materials to enhance students' learning.
-
Create conducive and industry-oriented learning environment to develop students' thinking and maximise their learning abilities.
Requirements:
Basic
-
Diploma/Degree holder in Hotel, Food & Beverage Operations, Culinary or equivalent.
-
At least 3 years of work experience in hotel or F&B industry.
-
Knowledge and skills in F&B operations, housekeeping, and customer service.
-
Knowledge and skills in food preparation and kitchen practice for the position of Teacher (Chef).
-
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Advantageous
-
WSQ ACTA and/or DACE qualifications.
-
Knowledge and skills in making pastry and baking.
-
At least 2 years of teaching experience.
