Teacher – Hospitality Services (Chef)
Main duties and responsibilities:

Mentor students to develop their capabilities in hospitality services.

Inspire students to have confidence and advise them on their career path.

Design effective instructional materials to enhance students' learning.
-
Create conducive and industry-oriented learning environment to develop students' thinking and maximize their learning abilities.
Requirements:
Basic
-
Diploma/Degree holder in Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations, Culinary or equivalent.
-
At least 3 years of F&B operations experience in F&B industry.
-
Knowledge and skills in preparation of western cuisine and kitchen practice.
-
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Advantageous
-
WSQ ACTA and/or DACE qualifications.
-
Knowledge and skills in making pastry and baking.
-
Teaching experience.
