Silat is the national martial art in Malaysia and its training methodology originated from the human geometrical movements and patterns. The techniques laid in the training system are practical and particularly useful to children. Their body structure and fitness level will grow in accordance with the training activities and subsequently, gain more flexibility and improve muscle strength.

Besides the physical aspect, we also firmly believed that the training will instil positive effects on the self-esteem and intrinsic manners. The main objective of silat is to produce a positive individual and hence, the Silat CCA aims to develop our students in the following ways:

  1. Physical and mental development
  2. Builds character and strong team spirit
