COMMUNITY CARE SUPPORT
ITE SKILLS CERTIFICATE IN COMMUNITY CARE SUPPORT
This course provides students with knowledge, skills and attitudes on basic healthcare, workplace safety, environmental hygiene and cleanliness, community care activities and services, to support community care professionals in carrying out routine services and assist clients with personal care and mobility needs, within community care and social service settings.

This course provides students with the skills and knowledge in performing first-line maintenance, repairing and servicing of air-conditioning system, plumbing and sanitary systems, and electrical systems in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines, statutory requirements and respective codes of practices.

This course aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform a wide range of tasks in the Hospitality setting, including preparing basic Western cuisine, providing food and beverage service, and carrying out housekeeping duties, to ensure excellence in service delivery and guest satisfaction.

ITE SKILLS CERTIFICATE (ISC) IN RETAIL SERVICES
This course provides students with the skills and technical knowledge to prepare merchandise for display on the shop floor, conduct stock-take, sell merchandise, provide customer service and handle point-of-sale operations.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENTIAL PROGRAMME
The 10-week Industry Experiential Programme (IEP) module is compulsory for all final year students prior to their graduation. IEP provides students with the opportunities to improve their social, communication and technical skills needed for real work life upon their graduation. Their IEP is graded by industry supervisors based on their performance.
NORTHLIGHT ACADEMY
NorthLight Academy (NLA) provides an alternative pathway for our graduates who prefer to learn through on-the-job training after their 4 years of education.
