TEACHER - HOSPITALITY SERVICES (CHEF)
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Be a role model and mentor to teachers/students to develop their capabilities in Hospitality Services.
- Provide career guidance to students.
- Design effective instructional materials to enhance students’ learning.
- Create conducive and industry-oriented learning environment.
- Establish positive partnerships with parents and community to enhance learning outcomes for students.
Requirements:
Basic
- Diploma/Degree holder in Hotel, Food & Beverage Operations, Culinary or equivalent.
- Knowledge and skills in Food Preparation and Kitchen Practice.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Advantageous
- Qualification in WSQ ACTA and/or DACE.
- Knowledge in Pastry and Baking.
- 3 years or more of relevant working experience in Hotel/F&B industry with 2 years of training experience.
